Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a visionary in the world of social justice. Bringing his skill for persuasive oration together with his belief in the human moral conscience, he was able to unite the people in a passionate pursuit of social equity. In this year's MLK lecture, given by Dr. Brian Smedley, the audience will be asked to ponder how environmental justice can be enacted as a path to that same goal.
